These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OORMII JEWELS website, https://oormiijewels.in/, and any products or services offered through our website.

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing our products, or participating in a brand collaboration with OORMII JEWELS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, purchasing our products, or participating in a brand collaboration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information & Availability

Product Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other details are as accurate as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting and photography conditions.

  • Screen brightness and colour settings on different devices.

  • The handcrafted nature of our jewellery.

  • Natural variations in materials and finishes.

Such minor variations will not be considered a product defect.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

  • Discontinue any product or collection.

  • Update product information or pricing.

  • Refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

3. Orders, Payments & Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an email confirming that your order request has been received.

Please note that an order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

  • Orders are confirmed after successful payment processing and order verification.

  • Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and other payment options supported by our payment partners or Shopify.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, hold or cancel an order if we identify incorrect information, suspected fraud, payment issues or other concerns relating to the order.

You are responsible for providing correct billing, shipping and contact information while placing your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across India.

Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for detailed information about order processing and delivery.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected locations.

Where international shipping is offered:

  • Delivery may generally take around 7–10 business days, subject to customs clearance and courier timelines.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • OORMII JEWELS is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or external courier services.

Delivery Timelines

All delivery timelines mentioned on our website are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer during sales, festive periods, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return, refund and cancellation terms are explained in our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are advised to review that policy before placing an order.

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including custom-made, engraved or personalised jewellery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

Where a return is approved, applicable return shipping charges and other deductions will be handled according to the Return & Refund Policy.

6. Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our website or services.

Security

We use appropriate security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption and other industry-standard practices, to help protect information transmitted through our website.

However, no online transaction or electronic data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the internet.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the OORMII JEWELS website, including but not limited to:

  • Jewellery designs.

  • Product photographs.

  • Images and videos.

  • Brand name and logos.

  • Website text and descriptions.

  • Graphics and other creative content.

is owned by, created for, or legally used by OORMII JEWELS, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially use or otherwise reproduce our content, jewellery designs, photographs or branding without prior written permission.

Unauthorised commercial use of our designs, images or other intellectual property may result in appropriate legal action.

8. Collaborations & Brand Partnerships

If you collaborate with OORMII JEWELS as an influencer, content creator, model, photographer, event partner or through a barter arrangement, the following terms may apply.

General Collaboration Terms

  • Collaborators must be 18 years of age or above and legally permitted to enter into the collaboration.

  • Where required, a written agreement may be provided covering deliverables, timelines, compensation, product usage and content rights.

  • Collaboration terms may vary depending on the nature of the project.

  • OORMII JEWELS may request changes to content that does not accurately represent the brand or products.

  • We reserve the right to end a collaboration if the agreed terms are not followed or if the collaboration results in material misrepresentation of the brand.

Barter Collaborations

For jewellery provided under a barter or product-exchange collaboration:

  • Jewellery must be handled carefully and returned in its original condition when return is required.

  • The collaborator may be responsible for intentional damage, misuse or loss of the jewellery.

  • Content or event photographs featuring OORMII JEWELS jewellery may be used by OORMII JEWELS for its marketing, promotional and social media purposes, subject to the agreed collaboration terms.

Influencer & Creator Collaborations

Influencers and creators are expected to clearly disclose sponsored, paid or gifted collaborations where required under applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.

Appropriate disclosures such as #ad or #sponsored may be required depending on the nature of the collaboration.

Where agreed as part of the collaboration, OORMII JEWELS may receive royalty-free, worldwide rights to use, repost, edit and publish collaboration content for marketing and promotional purposes.

During an active campaign, creators may also be required to avoid promoting counterfeit jewellery or directly competing brands where this has been specifically agreed in writing.

Photoshoot Collaborations

Personal Use

Customers, models and collaborators may share photographs featuring OORMII JEWELS jewellery on their personal social media accounts, provided that:

  • The jewellery is represented accurately.

  • OORMII JEWELS is appropriately credited where requested.

  • The content is not presented as an official OORMII JEWELS advertisement without permission.

Personal-use content may not be resold, licensed to third parties or used for paid advertising without prior written permission from OORMII JEWELS.

Commercial Use

Any commercial use of photographs, videos or other content featuring OORMII JEWELS jewellery may require prior written approval.

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Paid advertisements.

  • Brand campaigns.

  • Product promotions.

  • Commercial websites.

  • Paid social media promotions.

  • Reselling or licensing the content to third parties.

Where applicable, commercial usage may require a separate written permission or licensing agreement.

OORMII JEWELS reserves the right to request appropriate brand credits where our jewellery or brand is featured.

Unauthorised commercial use of OORMII JEWELS content, designs, photographs or branding may result in appropriate legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, OORMII JEWELS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.

Our liability, where applicable, shall generally be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over matters arising in connection with these Terms.

In case of any dispute, we will first try to resolve the matter amicably through communication between the parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed between the parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Your continued use of our website after the updated Terms are published will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
