You will receive an email acknowledgment after placing an order. This does not constitute acceptance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Orders within India are typically delivered in 4–7 business days.

International Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are 7–10 business days, subject to customs.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs or external shipping carriers.

Collaboration Policy

  • Oormii Jewels retains unrestricted rights to content created during collaborations.
  • We reserve the right to terminate collaborations if brand misrepresentation occurs.

Barter Policy

  • Jewelry loaned for events must be returned in original condition.
  • Barters are responsible for intentional damage or loss.
  • Event media featuring Oormii Jewels may be used by us for marketing.

Influencer Policy

  • Influencers must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines (#ad, #sponsored).
  • Oormii Jewels retains royalty-free, worldwide rights to reuse influencer-created content.
  • Influencers must avoid partnerships with counterfeit or competing brands during active campaigns.

Photoshoot Policy

Personal Use

  • Customers may post images featuring Oormii Jewels with credit (@oormii_jewels).
  • Personal content cannot be resold or used in ads without consent.

Commercial Use

  • Requires prior written approval and licensing.
  • Oormii Jewels retains rights to request brand credits.
  • Unauthorized commercial usage will lead to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Oormii Jewels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability for claims shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the product.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
