1. Return Conditions

  • Video Verification: To initiate a return, you must record a video while unboxing your package. This video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the item as received.
  • ⚠️ Returns without video proof will not be accepted.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with your order number and unboxing video.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including engraved or special orders).
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective or damaged.
    • Final-sale or clearance items.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another item, please return the defective one (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Record a video while opening your package.

  3. Include your order number and attach the unboxing video.
  4. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

3. Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and verified against your video evidence.
  2. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Contact us at contactus@oormiijewels.in with your order ID. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3–4 working days.
  2. After Shipment: Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. If you no longer wish to keep the product, please follow the return procedure.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your unboxing video as evidence.
  3. Upon approval, we will arrange a return or refund as per this policy.

6. Color Variation Disclaimer

At Oormii Jewels, we strive to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to:

  1. Lighting conditions during product photography.
  2. Device screen settings (brightness, resolution, color calibration).
  3. Natural material textures reflecting light differently.

👉 Minor variations in color or appearance do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

7. Final Notes

  1. Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be declined.
